I am happy to create an original personalised waistcoat to almost any idea of your choice -please email/phone and I will use my artistic licence to create a unique design for your waistcoat. Take a peep through my galleries and pages of this website and my general style can be seen. I will not breach anyones copyright - so do not ask for Mickey Mouse or Star Wars.
The most important challenge is getting the right fit. Denim is a thick fabric and does not fit the body like finer fabrics. Darts or back adjustable belts are not recommended. Do not expect the fit of a tailored waistcoat. I can offer a price reduction If you send me a pattern to create your waistcoat. This pattern must be suitable for thick fabrics.
Made to Measure Waistcoats

I will email a document asking for certain measurements and how to take these measurements. At this point I will ask for £20.00. This is for the time it takes me to create a pattern to your measurements and to send you a fabric toile, along with fabric samples.
The method I use has been tried and tested with good results. Its the nearest I can get to taking measurements myself. All bodies are different so it is understandable that there may be an occasion when the toile I create from your measurements will not be as expected.
It is important that you read the instructions carefully and give exact measurements. The best way to achieve this is to have someone to help you.
At the same time I would like an indication of theme/colours/special requirements etc etc so I can start planning your creation. Communication is important during this process - I may need to ask further questions - bounce creative ideas etc etc.
